Deutsche Bahn was to be positioned as an attractive employer for engineers. Specifically, XING mailings were used to draw the attention of engineers interested in changing jobs or looking for a job to the exclusive “Backstage DB” recruiting events.
With the help of a recruiting campaign on XING, access to the Deutsche Bahn careers page was to be increased and at least 100 participants were to be recruited for the exclusive in-house recruiting events.
